Falling Rabbit is led by Executive Chef Chuck Woods and General Manager Barbara Woods. Hailing from Chicago, IL, they operated prestigious bars and restaurants such as Girl and the Goat, Tied House and Dorian's. They are thrilled to serve you and make Gwinnett County their new home.

When Chef Woods was a child, his mother would recite a poem often. It became the inspiration for the moniker and whimsical nature of Falling Rabbit. The poem below has no known author – but has stuck with the Woods family for decades.
