THE INSPIRATION

When Chef Woods was a child, his mother would recite a poem often. It became the inspiration for the moniker and whimsical nature of Falling Rabbit. The poem below has no known author – but has stuck with the Woods family for decades.

"

I had one once

- BUT THE WHEELS -

FELL OFF

so I said to the King,

"George, you hold the umbrella, I'll walk in the rain for a while."

•    •   •  • ••   BUT IT WAS •• •  •   •    •

   AND THEY WERE

FALLING

OUT

OF

THE

TREES

...

RABBIT SEASON

I  had one once.
