Chef Chuck Woods and Barbara Woods hail from Chicago. When Chef Woods was a child, his mother would recite a poem often. It became the inspiration for the moniker and whimsical nature of Falling Rabbit. The poem below has no known author – but has stuck with the Woods family for decades.
